What happens after I'm placed with a client?

You're not on your own. Remotely+ stays involved to make sure the relationship works — for you and for the client.

Can I work from home

Yes — as long as you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.

How and when will I get paid?

Payments are made monthly in USD through international transfer platforms. We'll walk you through the setup during onboarding.

How does the hiring process work?

Once you apply, our team reviews your profile, conducts interviews, and matches you with a client that fits your skills and experience. The process typically takes 2–3 weeks.

Are these full-time positions?

Yes, all positions are full-time with a fixed schedule aligned to U.S. business hours.

What level of English is required?

You need to be fluent in English — both written and spoken. Most of your work will be with U.S.-based clients and their customers.

Do I need experience in sales or customer support?

Yes. We look for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

What role does RemotelyPlus play after I hire a remote worker?

Once your remote worker is hired, we manage the worker and do weekly check-ins with our performance coaches. Our coaches ensure the worker is meeting all their requirements and has an outlet for expressing any issues or concerns. The coach will also communicate to the worker any concerns or issues you may have.

Do I need to provide the worker with a laptop/computer and a phone?

All our remote workers are required to have a laptop that meets our minimum technical standards. During our recruiting and vetting process we review the candidate’s laptop/computer and internet connections to ensure they are working with current technology and also have a high-speed and stable internet connection. Most clients have VOIP phone systems. If your remote worker needs to have a phone we suggest adding them as a user to your system.

Do you charge different prices for different roles, or are all roles the same monthly price?

Our monthly rates average approximately $2,500 per employee per month, but depending on the position, rates can vary based on the specific role.

Can I choose between a part-time and a full-time schedule?

Yes, we provide both part-time and full-time options, giving you the flexibility to structure work schedules that fit your operational needs.

What if my remote professional doesn’t work out?

If the professional doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer fast replacements to ensure continuity, with no additional cost or delays in your project.

Do I need to sign a long-term commitment?

No, we offer flexible hiring solutions that adapt to your needs, allowing you to choose between short-term or long-term commitments without being locked into lengthy contracts.

How do you vet your candidates?

We conduct thorough assessments, including technical evaluations, interviews, and reference checks, ensuring the candidates meet both your technical and cultural fit requirements.
