Once your remote worker is hired, we manage the worker and do weekly check-ins with our performance coaches. Our coaches ensure the worker is meeting all their requirements and has an outlet for expressing any issues or concerns. All our remote workers are required to have a laptop that meets our minimum technical standards. During our recruiting and vetting process we review the candidate’s laptop/computer and internet connections to ensure they are working with current technology and also have a high-speed and stable internet connection. Most clients have VOIP phone systems. If your remote worker needs to have a phone we suggest adding them as a user to your system.
